Return & Exchange Policy

✅ 7-day return from the date of delivery
✅ Items must be unused, with tags and original packaging
✅ Email anabiyafabrics0@gmail.com before returning anything
❌ Returns without approval will not be accepted
✅ Contact us immediately for damaged or incorrect items
✅ Buyer himself will send the parcel in its intact form. Buyer pays the return courier charges.
✅ For exchanges, return the item first, then place a new order
✅ Please note that a 15% deduction will be applied to the total refund amount to cover restocking and administrative fees.
✅ Refunds are processed after inspection; bank processing times may vary.
